We are proud to open this year's Festival with the exciting Biava Quartet, winner of chamber music's top prize, the Naumburg Award.

With Jennie Litt, vocals, and David Alpher, piano

A program culled from the rich tradition of Celtic music, including Beethoven's arrangements of Scottish and Irish songs.

Lawrence Siegel: Piano Quartet on Themes from Kaddish
Brahms: Piano Quartet in A Major, Op. 26

These four brilliant players tour the world, bringing people together by "Playing for Peace." At the Chamber Arts Festival of Marbletown, they present a newly-commissioned quartet and two masterpieces of the standard literature.

Concertos, Sonatas, and Trios

The virtuosic Philadelphia-based Barque emsemble presents "Vivaldi da Camera," a concert of music by the Venetian master for violins, recorder, flautino, cello, lute and theorbo.
